Hello Readers!

I’d like to start out by saying i am not much of a baker…In fact, i am not much of a cooker, either. Quite frankly, i suck in the kitchen in general (How’s that for raw honesty?) Well, that is why i created this blog- to refine my baking skills and share the journey with my friends and the world. I joined The Daring Bakers, a web-based group that bakes monthly delights, and then photographs and blogs about their experiences baking them. I hope you will enjoy this blog and maybe come away with a few laughs, and a few more favorite new recipes!
